Gain Xtreme Strength! Use “The Power Training Bag”
By admin0 | October 22, 2007
There seems to be an endless amount of strength training programs and theories out there, I think few know that better than me after doing years of research and practicing techniques with my athletes. Unfortunately much the programs out there are geared toward bodybuilders and advanced exercisers. If you’re just getting started, you are right on track with some of the most successful athletes that have emerged from Monster Garage Athletics. Almost every athlete training with us is utilizing “The Power Training Bag.” With this amazing bag, you can perform some of the most intense and effective exercises out there. Every bag comes with a DVD on how to exercise with this revolutionary product. You’ll learn major muscle groups and the exercises that target them, the elements of proper form, and the basics of frequency and progression. With “The Power Training Bag,” you will develop the xtreme strength that takes some of the best athletes in your sport to the next level.
When doing a series of exercises, you’ll generally want to start with the larger muscle groups and compound movements and work toward the smaller muscle groups and isolation movements. “The Power Training Bag” has the ability to accomplish this quicker than many other products, while being safer. There are no gimmicks with this bag, the amount of effort you put into training is going to correlate with the results you are seeking. Great efforts will equal great results. Xtreme effort will become xtreme strength. The unique unbalanced weight of the bag and its yoke shape work much of the lower and upper body at the same time, especially your core. This allows you to do the most demanding moves when you’re the least fatigued. Your speed of movement is also an important element in sports. However, you do not have to over work yourself. Workout’s with this unique training bag are far more effective. However, due to the intense training this bag offers, you must pace yourself so you do not become over exerted. An injured athlete will not be able to develop xtreme strength. though this product offers safe alternatives to other types of demanding training exercises, you can still injure yourself if you do not workout properly. A reasonable training pace is one to two seconds for the lifting portion of your exercises and three to four seconds for the lowering portion of the move. Fast, jerky movements should be avoided. They place unnecessary amounts of stress on the muscle and connective tissue at the beginning of the movement, substantially increasing the chances of an injury. Fast lifting also cheats you out of some of the strength benefits. When lifting at a fast pace, momentum (not the muscle) is doing a good deal of the work. The sets and repetitions of your exercises greatly effect your results. An advantage of single set training is that it requires less time in the gym. An advantage of multiple set training is that the longer training session can result in more muscle development. With “The Power Training Bag” you don’t have to keep track of sets and reps, the workout simply ends when you’ve had enough. This allows you to not have to concentrate on a certain number. You mind is free to determine at which point the body has had enough, and this is key for athletes to avoid injury, as well as efficiently develop xtreme strength. It is better to learn at the gym with this bag than on the field at the championship game. With the many benefits of this bag, its hard to believe where our athletes would be without it.
